Champagne Taittinger is er trots op om, zonder enige uitzondering, elk jaar opnieuw een brut te produceren met een groot deel chardonnay en met een minimum van 3 jaar veroudering in de kelder. De bubbels zijn fijn en het schuim is aanhoudend. De zeer expressieve en open neus is zowel fruitig als getoast. Hij heeft aroma's van perzik, witte bloemen (meidoorn, acacia) en vanille.
